Case study: Charm bracelet for Graduation

Gary created a charm bracelet for our daughter Katie's graduation.  It was something she had wanted and had a great deal of sentimental value, as I had a charm bracelet with charms accumulated over a lifetime, so this was an ideal time to start the same tradition for her.

The charms were of huge importance.  He was creating something completely bespoke for our daughter, using my mother's precious charms from the charm bracelet she had worn all her life.

Gary's workmanship was outstanding.  The charms were exactly what we wanted and the engraving was perfect.  They were beautiful, of course, but they were also meaningful.  He treated this commission with such care, such attention to detail, and never once did I feel he didn't capture the meaning behind this gift for our daughter.

In addition to the wonderful finished product, it was a huge relief to know I could entrust something as precious as my mother's charms and bracelet to someone of complete integrity.  Our trust was well-founded.  The gift was ready ahead of schedule, beautifully presented and right on the price estimate provided.

Katie loved her gift and we can't thank Gary enough.  I would recommend him to anyone and wish him great and deserved success.
